Pisses me right off, that. If he makes it, we're calling him a genius. But he didn't, so he's arrogant and foolish.

I agree. Just grates on me that you won't hear a bad word about Pirlo who does the same.To be fair, even if he scored it, I'd still think he was cocky for taking the risk. Definitely wouldn't be thinking of him as a genius. When players do that, I tend to think it is more about them being showy than actually just making sure they stick it away for the benefit of the team.
From a certain perspective, that could make it even worse. You won't hear a bad word about Pirlo because he was a world class player who had the composure, technique and ability to execute it.
The conspiracy theories don't tie in with Leicester getting away with blatant handballs in the box against Southampton and Sunderland.
Plus, why the hell wouldn't the FA want Leicester to win the league? It's a great story for them.
Bernstein and King resign from Villa Board with immediate effect. "Issues are fundamental and do not lend themselves to compromise".
I thought with them on the Board they'd steady the ship and with a few quid and a good managerial appointment be strong next year. I now think they are fucked
