Appalling, cowardly challenge from Barnes who I hope gets a ban himself but what choice did Matic give the ref with his reckless (though admittedly understandable) reaction?

Why would they do that. Do they think its acceptable to push somebody over regardless of the provocation leading up to the incident? They should increase the ban for a frivolous appeal.

Thing i don't get with the Matic one was the delay before his reaction, Barnes ended up 5-10 metres away from him before he got up to charge at him, it was like he was more pissed off by the lack of apology than the initial challenge.

Absolutely disgusting from the Premier League. That stinks. FFS - just because the officials 'saw' it and got it wrong, the guy walks away scot free. This HAS to change.
