They have nice new plastic seats in the David Fishwick stand now.

I hope the program gets more coverage than just been shown on BT Sport. Very moving and desperately sad.

It's available in full here

I will watch it when I have time this week.

Available free on BT Sport website if anyone missed it. Incredibly hard to watch but very moving.

QPR taking legal action against football league for FFP fine. And so it begins..

Just seen on BBC News they are running a documentary tonight about a guy who they believe started the Bradford City Fire.

They'll come to a deal, fine of a couple of million and no transfer activity in January would be my guess. I'm not really in favour of FFP in this instance, if an owner wants to spend his money he should be allowed to. It's different from the Portsmouth style of borrowing what you don't have and pretty much bolts on the Champions League spots to the same few clubs every year which seems hypocritical to me given how Man City and Chelsea got there in the first place.

Lamela, seriously? I cannot see the appeal in him. One paced, weak, I'm not sure what it is he's supposed to offer.

He really was majestic in his second season in Rome. I gave him a chance after a poor first season but it is looking like a shocker.

I happily admit I don't watch much Serie A these days. He's looked like a dud from day one.

Stumbled across this Twitter account this morning about footballers before they were famous. There's some brilliant pictures and stories on there.

+1

His last season in Rome he looked like he would have the world at his feet. Instead...

Andre Schuerrle, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, and Nathan Ake are all to be awarded Premier League medals at the request of Jose Mourinho.

Something I read the other day, to put in the "I didn't know that" pile. Loftus Cheek is Carl Cort's half brother.

Surely not? Schurrle gets one anyway as he's played enough games. Whereas The other two have about 62 mins of PL football between them.

Now the PL hands out 40 medals to the club who wins the league and lets them distribute them as they see fit... Chelsea will also make sure the likes of Nathan Ake and Ruben Loftus-Cheek will be rewarded despite not reaching the quota as Mourinho has only used 22 players in PL games this season. That’s the fewest of any PL side so there will be plenty of medals to go around between his players and his coaching staff.
