The Film Thread

San Andreas - Cons: Typical cliched piss poor storyline, typical cliched piss poor dialogue. Pros: Brilliant effects (if you're into that sort of thing), Alexandra Daddario's perfect, round, humungous nawgs in plentiful supply.

Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones - On a par with rubbing your bellend in glass for 90 minutes.

Hotel Transylvania 2: Not as good as the first one, good enough for the kids to enjoy though. I was more impressed with the amount of jalapenos I got with my nachos.

How bout the amount of Sony product placement in HT 2....very blatant.

Yep, the phones especially were just complete overkill. Possibly one of the longest adverts ever made really.

Anyone seen the film about Max the dog and the US Marines. Worth watching or not??

I will show my innocence and ask 'whats Red Tube'?!

On Godfather one, James Caan auditioned for the role of Tom, Sunny and Michael.

They wanted Anthony Quinn for Don Vito (would have been very good) and Robert Redford for Michael (ridiculous)

No spoilers but the first five minutes are absolutely breathtaking stuff and it just doesn't let up.

We're watching it on Friday. Looking forward to it!

I am so pleased that the Broccolli estate sorted out the litigation that allows them to use the word Spectre again. It helps bring everything together in terms of story arcs and makes the whole thing even better.

Off to watch it on Sunday. No spoilers please.
