He was never going to make the corner as he didn't slow down! Hamilton was going slower yet had the line so could technically take the corner faster. He was never going to keep the position so tried to shunt him. Hope he gets punished

Lewis going to the stewards as well. Probably as he over took Nico as the yellow flags came out. Not sure he could do anything but overtake unless he was expected to slam on his brakes and drive 30mph behind a car with bits flying it off.

The yellow flags came out about 1 second before his move.

Herbert/Davidson were saying that if it's a crippled car drifting around in front of you which is causing the yellow flags in the first place, they're fair game. You can't be expected to limp along behind them until they pit. Plus there's the paradox that the stewards might decide that Nico shouldn't have even been keeping the car on track anyway with that amount of damage.

They could of course just be asking Lewis for his view on the accident

Unlikely they'd be looking at Lewis overtaking Rosberg under yellows, or they'd have to punish Raikkonen and Ricciardo as well.
