25 place (!) grid penalty for Button after replacing the entire engine. This is going to end up being farcical.

Same for Alonso after his car stopped AGAIN.

Farcical weekend given that they've taken the initial penalties to improve reliability.

Hamilton on pole from Rosberg. Lewis spun into the first corner on his last lap and trashed it, only for Rosberg to return the favour by crashing on the last corner when he was ahead.

Amusing seeing Toto Wolff exclaim "geschaft" to Niki Lauda upon seeing Rosberg bin it.

Apparently it means - knackered, finished, done. I assume given the context he meant "all over".

Looked like he just got too much power down and fishtailed into Alonso. Need to see onboard with Alonso to be sure there was no contact that started it.

Rosberg takes lewis at start, safety car before first lap ends........now we have a race worth watching from the front!

Possibly the most embarrassing season in McLaren's history. And we're not even half way through the season.

Its doing too much harm to both their reputations for it to continue at this level.

It's getting worse race by race.

After an interesting start....................it's a snooze fest again. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Scruffy weekend from Hamilton.

Another absolutely dire race.

Christ. Absolutely fucking nothing has happened since the first lap. What a drudge.

Unless there's on track incidents F1 is pretty dull in general.

- Races are decided between the two Mercedes drivers at the first corner.
- Constant fuel/tyre saving.
- Not being able to attack and follow similar paced cars due to the aerodynamics.
- Ferrari not being able to catch Mercedes and challenge.
- McLaren having an awful season.

It all adds up to too much potential for boring races.

Vettel v Massa is showing a little promise but it isn't really floating the boat either.

Thankfully I missed the race. F1 needs to improve its product. TV audiences are dropping, and sponsors will not be happy with that.
