If Stokes doesn't bowl much it feels a little light in the fast / medium pacers. If it hadn't have been so dry I'd have relied on root to bowl and had another quick in ahead of Moeen.

If the weather holds then you can't really go in without a spinner, it'll knacker the seamers. Bloody warm out there.

Not sure we've got Wood's management right, he hasn't played for two months now. If he wasn't going to play here then we should have let him play for Durham this week.
