Got whammed finally earlier today. Wife playing it in the kitchen when I came downstairs to make a coffee

I got whammed on Saturday while helping to set up the kayak club Christmas party and they had a Christmas mix on. Have since been whammed repeatedly.

Oh my days. 18th of December and the family are watching Love Actually. Only a short hop from here to Arthur Christmas and then I break out the AK47.

love actually is a cute enough movie so long as you don't think about it too much

writing a love letter to your friends wife at their front door.... creep.
proposing to a chick who you've never even really spoken to... weird.
realizing cheating on your wife is a bad thing.... creep
dude ghosting a chick cause she had to check on her brother... creep.

the body doubles and the pm/secretary are sweet though. and the kid who bangs all the hotties gets the highest of fives.

I hate Elf with a fucking passion. Mind you I hate anything with Will Ferrell in it. And also Love Actually - although I will concede it has some excellent amusing scenes. Alan Rickman buying the Christmas present is very amusing.

Can't be having the hate on Arthur Christmas. It's a great film.
Never seen Love Actually.
Elf is just a bog standard Christmas film but can't stand Will Ferrell so avoid it if possible.

The film I really hate is Polar Express. Looks fucking horrible and its "believe or else" message is really bloody creepy.
