They're going for Haaland in the summer - I doubt they'll commit to spending 30m on Adama if they have a shot at that, without something coming back the other way. Regardless, when Ansu Fati is back, he'll be a bench option anyway. They're starting to build an incredibly promising group of players again.

Yep I'd rather get £15m for him with a year on his contract left than an effective swap deal for Trincao.

I'm a big fan but I do appreciate concerns over physicality plus that multiple managers haven't picked him for a while now.

I agree we shouldn't sign him but there will definitely be a lot of moaning about 'why didn't we sign him' in a couple of years.

He’s undoubtedly got some talent but unless his attitude changes he’ll never be a success in the PL. At £3m he’d be worth a punt but that’s not going to happen so bye bye.
