Exactly my point, everything I've seen of Neto is him being driven to be the best he can be. Sitting on arsenal's bench with the odd starting cameo doesn't strike me as something he'd be happy with.

I rate Martinelli but Neto is better than him.

I think Neto would play loads for Arsenal
 
I think a few clubs will be prepared to take a punt on Traore. He’s not top of their list of targets but they’ll take him if he’s available fairly cheaply on deadline day or thereabouts.
 
He is available, they just need to make an offer (and obviously he needs to want to go, but he clearly doesn't want to be here so he may as well).

I think we'd take as little as £5m now. I wouldn't remotely care either.
 
I think lowest we'd take is £10m come end of the month.

He's come across as not wanting to get injured so far (a little like Pedro, now I think about it) when he's come on but at this point I'd just keep him on the squad and let him run his contact down, tbh. Let him earn himself a good signing on fee next summer.
 
Best not sell Neto, my shirt with his name on is in the post!
 
Reading around it would seem Neto would be replacing Pepe if they manage to get rid of him.

So much like us they are stuck with an underperforming winger they can't get rid of. Was it £72m they paid for him? Likely going to take quite the hit there

Or Everton…. Even teams like Palace and Leicester might bolster their squads just because they could and it would look like they’re doing something. Guess it also depends if he’s prepared to move or would rather go on a free.
 
Traore is destined to go on a free next year to a promoted team, mid table La Liga or a championship club. Think he will struggle to get more than what is he’s on now, definitely won’t get it outside the PL. Bit of a fall from grace rejecting a long term 60-80k p/w salary to the scrap heap.

I don't think Saka or Martinelli get anywhere near playing 35 full games this season.

Neto will play roughly the same I would think. That's plenty for him.
 
Traore to me has the perfect feeling of a deadline day panic transfer, team that has started poorly and is desperate for something, he is a "known" brand and is exciting at least initially, good fifa profile too so excites that crowd, and the most important part is he will be available as is surplus.

Hopefully someone makes that mistake.
