Summer 2021 transfer window

I think you’re overestimating our valuation. Over £40m will be seen as good business by us given his contract situation and the fact we bought for 18m. Hopefully I’m wrong!
We have said we want more than the £45m we got for Jota.

I just remember the videos in the summer, they basically said the profit on Jota was amazing so if they make 22m on Traore they’ll be loving life.

Plus Bruno said every player has their price. Until Kane goes and City seem to have moved onto Ronaldo then Spurs aren't paying anything for him so could all be moot

I still think Traore goes to Spurs, he wants to go and they’ll end up offering enough on the final day of the window. Hopefully we’ve got someone in by then at least

I just can't see it. He has two years left, he isn't playing up to get the move and Levy won't offer what we want.

I think him, Neves and our other "best" players will give Lage a year to see how we get on and where we're heading under this more attacking/winning mentality.

How have we not signed anyone yet? 😂

No new names surfacing or anything. Very, very quiet.

They're all on the blower to their agents this morning after seeing us demolish Forest last night I reckon.

Neves is trending on twitter
Think it’s just United fans discussing who they’d rather out of him and Saul (they want Ruben).

the talk is that United won’t be signing a midfielder unless they sell some players. Think their top target is Camavinga anyway

It's really doesn't make sense on any level to sell him now. Still got a long time left on his contract, value will increase massively this season, if we have to sell him, do it next year once we've sorted a proper replacement.

My guess is we have our current targets for the other areas we want to improve in plus contingencies in case Adama/Ruben get a big bid in. For example for Ruben that is probably Palhinha

Kane says he isn't leaving Spurs. So they can't afford Adama then.

Ah, the Hoddle/Idiakez gambit.

Went well did that.

I think the sane thing is to go above the Haaland release clause value now to avoid the massive bun fight when the clause kicks in.
