Spoilt Princesses moaning about Media Coverage of Wolves

So what was printed in the 1930's can be pinned on the current Editor then ? Intelligent logic.
I suppose you think that all its readers are Facists and Racists ?

Unlike the verry democratic UAF, the REAL Facists, who infiltrated a UKIP meeting to try and stop Nigel Farage from making a speech.
(Is he a Racist too ?)

For the record, I have lived on Wolverhampton Council Estates all my life.

It's quite funny how they were quick to slate Ralph Miliband a month or two ago: a man of Jewish descent in a Jewish family who had fought tooth and nail for this country in the war (despite not hailing from here originally) so deserves the utmost respect for that alone. It's a poor excuse for a paper that regularly victimises certain social groups, homosexuals, immigrants - whether legal or illegal - feminists and more.

If you had lived on Wolverhampton council estates all of your life then you would be just as angry at their brash generalisations of people who hail from a similar background. They've had the cheek to print numerous articles in the past about how children from council estates aren't as clever as those from a more 'privileged' background, how they make poor parents, how they have poor literacy skills etc.

Something tells me you are eager to jump on the UKIP and Daily Mail bandwagons and know very little about either.

Surely better to have The Daily Mail than the Liberal Lefty Daily Mirror or The Champagne Socialists at The Guardian. You only have to look at the state of this country and see the dire consequences of what's happened here since 1997, to know what the Left Wing is all about.

We haven't had a left wing government since before Thatcher.

That Steve Morgan and his friends eh!

good post our sam

Ha! Sorry: back on topic. I could debate my hate for the Daily Mail et al all day but there's probably a thread on here somewhere for political chat I'm sure.

Haven't bought a newspaper for about 30 years, does anybody actually take any notice of what they say these days? It seems to me you buy your required paper according to which set of lies suits your politics.
Any road can we get back to discussing football now

We haven't had a left wing government since before Thatcher.

When Labour left office in 2010, as usual the country was virtually bankrupt. Liam Byrne famously leaving a note to his successor that said "There's no money left". Thanks Liam !

Unprecedented, uncontrolled and unlimited Immigration, with an 'open door' policy.
Even Miliband criticised Blair for "the relaxation of immigration controls in 2004 as a “mistake” that had undermined living standards for working-class households".

Gordon Brown selling all of our Gold Reserves, costing UK Tax Payers £7 Billion.

The Trade Union Block Vote ensuring "Red Ed" became Labour Leader.

Looks like Left Wing Labour is very much alive and kicking, don't you think Papper ??

If I want to read dull politics stuff I will read the relevant thread in General Chat

Leave this thread for my fix of reading dull comments about a dull paper . Ta

Firstly, the Daily Mail repeated what they had said about Ralph Milliband because it was TRUE ! He really hated Britain, like many Labour supporters.

http://blogs.spectator.co.uk/rod-li...d-of-britain-sprung-from-his-marxist-beliefs/

Why did he fight in the war ? Was a better option than languishing in Jail, unlike Jack Straw's Father.
Don't forget Jack Straw's comment that "The English Are A Race Not Worth Saving".

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...-jail-Jack-Straw-Secretary-State-Justice.html

The Tories don't speak for me but Labour and Lib Dems speak for me even less.

For you to say that I am jumping on a UKIP or Daily Mail bandwagon, knowing very little about either, also does you a dis-service.
But Labour supporters do like to stifle a debate or try to make people feel uncomfortable, when someone does not agree with them.

If Labour really cares about working families, why do White Working Class Boys form the majority of low educational achievers ?

http://www.jrf.org.uk/media-centre/...cational-achievers-practical-measures-could-i

If you think that Labour really care about the working classes, you are extremely deluded my friend.
I agree, it's not the best place to discuss politics on a football forum. Perhaps you can suggest somewhere better ?

Yes, try the friggin thread in General Chatter that's been around for months that is full of exciting political debating

Exits, thanks for the posts, some interesting articles. You are talking too much sense for some people, that's why this country is on a downward spiral and has been for many years. Goodnight all!

Thanks PaigntonWolf. We Shall Overcome ! :drink2:

Actually that brings me nicely back on to a football topic. In the 70's I remember the North Bank singing "We shall overcome someday, oh deep in my arse (heart), I do believe, we shall over come some day". Anyone else remember that or memories of other really old songs at Molineux ? I always liked the one about Jackie Gallagher. "He's fat, he's round, he's worth a million pound, Gallagher, Gallagher......" Happy Days.

If you think nulabour are left wing, you clearly don't understand politics.

Over there, over there (gesture to away fans)
And do they smell? (Clap clap clap)
Like fuckking hell.

We actually revived this when they rebuilt the north bank and quite a few of us used to sing up the back.
