Jeff Shi goes he’ll be replaced by another puppet with a similar ethos.
Fosun selling up is the only solution.
Having said that no one could do worst job than Jeff if they tried.
 
It's possible to work within constraints without being a talentless pathological liar with zero judgement or humility, so I don't buy that Fosun would just slot another clone in.

Won't happen though, he's here as long as they are by the looks of it

i have it on good authority that he's recently renewed the rental on his family property and is extremely keen that his children stay within their current schooling.

Yep, he's not going anywhere. If he was fearful of his job he'd have appointed a far more exciting manager and would have ensured we made better signings in the summer.

His comments about "if winning things is what you want then Wolves aren't the club for you" not only fucked the fans good and hard, it's meant that players have been hugely put off - and who can blame them. It's probably the worst thing a chairman/owner can say.

Great. So are we stuck with him until his kids finish their education? Hopefully they’re in six form, rather than primary school.
 
51% said no back in 2022. Now it's 43%. And I'd imagine it would be lower then that if those members post still on here, I'm pretty sure if this poll was repeated it would be 100% yes.

I get this argument but i’m way past it now. I want Shi out because I hate him, and I’d rather have pretty much any other human being in charge.

Given how little Wolves are supposed to mean to the Fosun group, I'm surprised how often Guo attends, and how he has let it get so bad?

Because he hasn’t got a clue what he’s doing! Jeff Shi thinks we’ve had a good transfer window and he has more of a clue than Guo. We signed loads of players and spent a fair amount but they are all shit. I’m still not sure how anyone watched them more than once and thought they were good signings.

It’s got so bad because 9 years on we still have no footballing structure. Flip flap between singing Mendes players/coaches or not. Over promoting within, sack, repeat. Then we made it even worse giving Vitor and some random bloke total control over transfers. Serious organisations don’t do this. We are competing against serious organisations.

It's not true. Neither is the Accountants post about managed decline which people seem to cling to. It's incompetence, arrogance and hubris. You don’t spend north of £100m this Summer if you don't care, neither do you in the 2 January windows when it looked like we'd go down.

If you are incompetent you put the recruitment in the hands of a manager and his mate that have no track record deserving of it and scare off your primary targets with a combination of your previous comments and clear attitude to finishing 17th being the height of your ambition.

Guo's football knowledge is miniscule, but he can read a spreadsheet, the league table is essentially one of those. I doubt Shi will survive beyond this season, but the damage is already done
 
Jeffs here until we get taken over or he dies, we’re stuck with him for the long term, I’ve thought for a while and said it on here a couple of times, you don’t get this high up in a multi national company by being stupid, I think he fucked up at a Fosun subsidiary and they sent him to the uk just to keep him away from the important stuff
