The new ticketing site is fucking awful. Terrible move. I'm just glad they gave us the heads up they were going to do it so we could get ready to add all of the previous linked supporters we had. And of course even that is a massive ballache as you have to do it by email address now instead of supporter number or name.
 
And the fucking state of the Favicon for fuck's sake. One is the official site with the ticketing section ran by one of the leading ticket touts, one is a fan powered forum with the graphics done by some gimp who fucks about with design now and again. The devil obviously isn't in the detail, fucking amateurs.

Nah you can do it by supporter number,or you can now because I've just done it.

I initially thought you had to do it like this, then scrolled down and saw you could add by supporter number. I agree though, and I'm not just moaning, it's not a great system to use. It'll be interesting to see how it goes when they actually start selling match tickets.
 
Tried and failed to buy memberships for me and my son today too. The mechanism whereby you receive an email to complete the child application just never comes through and you can't proceed to check-out without completing that step.

Sigh. Try again in a few days I suppose before doing it over the phone.
 
Just made me check and loyalty points still zero. Is there any chat of this getting sorted?
 
Are loyalty points back? Thought they were gotten rid of after lockdown.
 
They're worthless for anything other than away games now I think, which in turn you're only getting to by conventional means if you have a season ticket.
 
I'm assuming our memberships have already gone through, paid ages ago.
 
I can't link any family accounts. Good luck getting my 80 year old Dad to work out how to buy a ticket online Wolves or to get my son to buy one with no credit card. All I get is 503 codes as well (or 403 come to think of it).

It worked last week, hopefully will be fixed soon
 
Christ this ticketing site is an absolute disaster. Me and dad have memberships so could buy from Weds and got a free kids ticket which was ideal as was planning on being Son's first game but couldn't put it through as he didn't have a membership. Now can't get on at all, just directs me to my ticketing profile when I click find match tickets. Vinny Clark really is a fat moron ay he.

Ring them up, they are always helpful on the phone.
 
Couldn't get the free junior ticket to work so I just paid the £5 or whatever it was for the preseason match
 
The attention to detail for a business of this size is absolutely piss poor. When you have a finite customer base you should be making sure that the basics are right as an absolute minimum, then go above and beyond to keep them. Admittedly football fans are a different animal as mostly the club is in their blood but fuck me, that's no reason to be as shabby as you want and just take their cash for granted.
