Agreed and I am sure you will agree with me when I say that we also need to take academy coaching and care more seriously and professionally. When I see what goes on with our incoming youth I find the exclusion and lack of care excruciating. So often, we have seen very little evidence of progression.
On that last point, I have lived with my family in several countries and have experienced the same brainless, narrow-minded, provincial and unaware behaviours, especially in human resources departments.

Yeah Rob, but our squad is playing in the Premier League and we should have a coach who will be respected and admired by international players several of whom will be going to the World Cup!
Where is Harry's understanding, formative and demonstrated experience at that level? One season of relegation at Luton! Yet another position at Wolves based on being provincial, mid-level and mates. No wonder we can't operate at PL level in so many ways.

Luke Matheson said similar in an interview about 12 months ago, we signed him, didn’t know what to do with him, messed him about by playing him in any academy side of ours, loaned him out, said he was happy when he left
