From that you'd probably say Everton and Sounthampton have the toughest run, with Palace the 'easiest' everyone else much the same. Going down to the wire isn't it?

Last 4 home games, beat Liverpool and Spurs, lost to Leeds and Bournemouth. Difficult to predict how we are going to end up. Just hope we get the 3 wins we need, I still think we will, but probably not in the games we think

I'm not looking forward to those last three games if we aren't safe by that point. Which we won't be. We'll be relying on other teams not picking up points the same time as us.

Fair to say its in our hands
It is, the annoying thing is just drawing with Bournemouth and Leeds (let alone beating them) puts us in a strong position. We'd have 29, Leeds would have 24, Bournemouth would have 22 (dead, surely).

We shouldn't have lost either, we weren't outplayed, they were both shit, we were just worse.

I suppose a lot of teams could say that, of course. Southampton were 1-0 up against us at home and we had 10 men, how do you lose that. Without including the words "Nathan" or "Jones" in your reply.

Percy:

Premer League refer Everton to an independent commission over alleged breach of Profitability & Sustainability rules (FFP) for period ending 2021-22 season

Looking at 12 months at least before any punishment. Independent panel held like a trial with evidence and lawyers. Followed by an appeal in front of another panel if found guilty. Probably won't impact them next season let alone this

This week's fixtures:

Arsenal vs Leeds
Bournemouth vs Fulham
Crystal Palace vs Leicester
Nottingham Forest vs Wolves
West Ham vs Southampton
Everton vs Tottenham
------------------------------
Bournemouth vs Brighton
Leeds vs Nottingham Forest
Leicester vs Aston Villa
West Ham vs Newcastle

A bit daunting how the mild creeping desperation is clouding the forum, surprising to see how many are predicting a draw or a Forest win.

Don’t like this week at all. Fail to win and the results around us and in midweek could make it awful.

Yeah, it's a massive weekend/week. I know it's a tired cliche but we just have to take care of ourselves and make sure we get the job done against Forest. We have better players and a better manager, but football can (and will be!) weird when Wolves are concerned.

I don't really want to give much thought to us losing this and a couple of the other games going against us too, because the panic will kick in and the table won't look great at all. Our saving grace is Palace, Leicester, West Ham & Southampton are all playing each other so can't all win.

I think many have the view, me included, that if we lose this, the season is likely to end one way. They'll have shithouse tactics and if the last few weeks are anything to go by the ref will be weak and so will we mentally. There's also an element of preparing for the worst. I'd take a point, I think we'll get it
