REFERENDUM RESULTS AND DISCUSSION THREAD

Oh, and it looks like Welsh Independence is back on the cards and they don't want to be stuck with England should the other two leave

It was bullshit and a fucking lie.
Nothing about misinterpreting it. It was fucking twisted then used against me. It wasn't true
Prove it.
and as for the insults, I'll stick ul for myself and won't allow myself to be bullied. Nobody has ever tried to bully me in the real world, so I am not going to take it on the internet.
Acknowledgement that you are happy to throw the insults around - interesting!

Don't talk for other people using general consensus crap.
Again, don't tell me what I can & cannot do. I didn't speak for anyone other than myself. Note the sentence began with "I suspect..." However I find it amazing that as someone who seems to value free speech (for you but no-one else) you love telling people what to do, what to think, when they can think it, and even how to think.

“I said to him, so where’s the plan? Can we see the Brexit plan now?” Islam told Botting, without naming the MP specifically.

He said the pro-Leave Tory replied: “There is no plan. The Leave campaign don’t have a post-Brexit plan.”

According to Islam, the MP then pointed toward the Houses of Parliament and said: “Number 10 should have had a plan”.

“It sounds like I’m making that up. That literally happened two hours ago,” Islam said, pausing in apparent disbelief.

It would be nice to use the same facts against elected governments when they break promises. Brexit haven't got control yet. The BBC are on a crusade with the Guardian, to prove their preferred winners and views were right and the democratic winners are wrong.
Yes, because I am notorious for backing what a Conservative government does.

Maybe all the facts suggest that Brexit would be a terrible move and that's why there are reports suggesting as such rather than it being an agenda led conspiracy?

The plan was to an elect a new leader if it happened. In the meantime Dave is carrying out the plan to be a PM and represent us in EU. It's a non-story.

Here it is again:

Plaid Cymru ‏@Plaid_Cymru 2m2 minutes ago

Plaid Cymru expects "every penny" of the money the Leave side promised to Wales to be paid says @steffanlewis

As promised by Gove et al (and I linked this remark in the other thread). There's no way this is going to happen and it will make everyone unhappy because of it including those (mentioned earlier) duped into thinking we could just skip the middle man and spend it ourselves. This isn't going to go away either.

If there is a surplus of £164M each week why shouldn't a proportion go to the Welsh ??

Where the funds come from the EU, after 30 years you would think they would ask, why are these areas still riddled with deprivation.

You don't think that it's the UK government's responsibility to provide "education, retraining and inward investment in schemes that open opportunities for new jobs. Incentives to relocate businesses to the area."?

Perhaps those leave campaigners need, for want of a better phrase, holding to account over these constant claims they have made.

Within hours of the result, the leave campaigners were backtracking on their campaign slogans, like the NHS funding, cuts to immigration figures, and as we have seen, implications for fishing quota's.

Numerous brexiters were on that bus, and have been photographed in front of a poster/similar that said (or at the least, very heavily implied) that we could/would spend an extra £50million a day on the NHS.

And it was ridiculed long before the vote on places like this. In theory they have a surplus to spend on whatever they want.

Doesn't mean it will though. The Welsh Government was also promised it's full EU allowance, not just a portion of it Meanwhile, how can you say there is that much a week surplus? We don't know how much we're going to have to pay like Norway, etc, do yet. Then there's the NHS, other places like Cornwall expecting a slice of this "surplus" and so on.

Says the man who admitted to defrauding the EU.

Not at all. So no fear factor there. I will keep recieving thousands of euros every 3 years not to harvest my Olives, then When the EU inspector comes to check that I haven't harvested them, he will ask for a €2000 cash payment, so I can not only recieve my big EU payment, but will also let me harvest the olives I was paid not to harvest. Not saying I pay it, but the same thing is happening all over the south of Europe. Your hard earned cash paid for mass EU corruption. That money could go to help hospitalds, the old and the sick.
The UK agriculture minister forgot to mention that in his propganda declaration the other day. Did they mention anything about EU corruption in your government leaflet that came through your door the other day? You know, the one paid for by British taxpayers to educate you. Hahaha

My post about the olives. Tredman and Lemonjelly, please don't repeat lies. I never said I recieved money for corruption, so don't continue to lie about it

It won't happen. It was an OUT vote. The conditions are implied if not agreed prior to the vote. It's called democracy.

If it happens it will be complete carnage and yet, it seems like the Lib Dems, SNP, PC, and all the little parties will not repeal the act. Labour have said they will respect the people but who honestly knows what their MPs will do.

The European Communities Act still has to be repealed though, a referendum doesn't do that.

It will be interesting to see how Parliament goes about this.

When the economy shrink so does the tax revenue, which than cannot be spent because it doesn't exist. The money is gone already.
