No deal doesn't have to get through anything, run out time and it just happens by default. Extension requires agreement of all the other EU states I think so that's potentially more difficult to get voted through than either May's deal or outright withdrawal.

Can you Stop this bollocks Jonny. 18% of the UK are 65 or over yet 52% voted in an 80% turnout . That actually means as many below pension age as above pension age voted out. There were 100 k reported race crimes in 2018. That would lead me to conclude that the majority of the UK are not overtly racist. I don't usually reply to you but as you're using statistics I thought I'd correct you and tell you why you're wrong.

• The UK Population was 65.6m in 2016
• 18% of that population was 65+, this is 11.8m
• The turnout for voters 65+ was 90% (10.63m)
• 64% of the 65+ vote was to leave (6.8m)
• The leave vote was 17.4m
• The number of people over 65 who voted leave as a % is 40. That's 40% of all the leave votes were by people who have had the complete benefits of the EU from start to finish.
• Voter turnout was 72.2% (33.55m)
• There were over 160K hip, knee and ankle replacement surgeries in the UK. I would suggest if there are riots that number may go up considerably.
• 

It is fair to say that racists voted to leave the EU and the likes of Tommy Robinson would not vote to remain so round those up and you are left with the 40% of old people.

It is also fair to say that the 65+ people will not suffer the same pain as the working population in terms of movement of jobs and uncertainty in the economy as those younger then them for an extended period of time. Maybe when the older generation have all died in 10 years or so we can address a new Union.
