I think there's too much "delivering the will of the people" under the bridge for her to survive a defeat in Parliament and then flip.

That I could believe. But the Tory membership are very old and very Brexit. They're not electing anyone who is pro-Remain and she wouldn't get back in by default this time. Remember they didn't pick her in the first place, it just somehow got to the stage where Angela Leadsom (IQ 36) was the only challenger.
