QuestionTime With PPB, Instead of Sir Robin Day .

Alright, but apart from the buildings, the history, tourism, the Invinctus games, The Prince's Trust and the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme, what have the Royals ever done for us?

New questions please PPB! This thread has gone weird.

We brought that upon ourselves. Filmed in Glasgow and produced by BBC Scotland. RTÉ only jumped on board after it was commissioned in the UK.

What book are you reading at the moment?

Today I finished a book about the relatively unknown Polish resistance fighter Witold Pilecki, who actually deliberately got himself sent to Auschwitz so he could report on what was happening there. An absolute fucking nutter, but incredibly heroic. How he isn't a household name really is a crime but that's Soviet censorship for you. Well worth a read - it's called The Volunteer: The True Story of the Resistance Hero who Infiltrated Auschwitz by Jack Fairweather.

Have you eaten chocolate today?

Yes. A Double Decker for breakfast. Hey - these are desperate times.

When can you see life returning to normal, and being able to live life how we used to live??3 months 6 months or more?

Absolutely no idea - I just hope fuckwits start adhering to the rules a bit so this comes sooner rather than later, but as I have no faith whatsoever in the general public, I'm not confident this will be any time soon.

Geoff Thomas, Don Goodman, David Kelly. They all seem pretty down to earth and we can discuss a mutual love of McGhee. Was tempted to include Steve Sedgley as by all accounts he was a bit mental.
