Fucking hundreds. I'd like to see corporate manslaughter properly introduced, with chief execs/boards fully accountable for all deaths/injuries. I'd also change remuneration to be a lot more reflective, based on performance long after the events. This could end up as a book.....

Gross Negligence Manslaughter would still be applicable to Directors or Senior Managers if as individuals they had been negligent in discharging their duties IIRC.
