QuestionTime With PPB, Instead of Sir Robin Day .

Ever tried Bertie Botts Every Flavoured Beans?

Yes, had a box for me birthday. I like them except for the vomit, rotten egg and soap ones.

How do you like to spend a cold rainy day?

Indoors, in me fav chair infront of the fire with a good book.

What books do you remember reading and enjoying as a child?

Rupert The Bear.

What's one thing that you didn't understand and puzzled you as a child, and still does now that you are an adult?

Maths. Also planets and lightyear facts, how many years it takes the sun to blah blah blah, and space shit and tape measures. I could go on.

Do you like to lead or follow?

Depends. Won't be made to do something I really really don't want to so would go with lead, in other ways im happy to follow.

Have you eaten chocolate today?

No.

You have to invite and cook a meal for 3 TWF posters, who do you invite and what do you cook?

Bear, cos I know that if I put me condiments out then he wouldn't be afraid to use them. I'd cook him sausage, egg, chips and beans, with bread if he wanted to mop up. Also, Kenny, DW and Quirk so I could hear all about their holibobs together . I'd cook them steak and homemade chips.

What's the first thing you do when you get home from work, or get home after being out all day?

Put music on.

Name one celebrity/sports person/ actor/actress or anyone really who you would like to knock 7 colours of shit out of?[/QUOTE]

Ever tried Bertie Botts Every Flavoured Beans?

No idea what they are.

How do you like to spend a cold rainy day?

Sounds like perfect weather for a game of football.

What books do you remember reading and enjoying as a child?

Thomas the Tank Engine, Roald Dahl, Horrible Histories, read a few decent books for English classes too like Animal Farm and Z for Zachariah.

What's one thing that you didn't understand and puzzled you as a child, and still does now that you are an adult?

Never got my head around Long Division, seems odd as Maths was always my strongest/favourite subject but can't remember even really being taught Long Division, maybe I was ill when it was covered or I was just not paying attention but I've never had a clue what I was doing with it.

Do you like to lead or follow?

Time and place for both.

Have you eaten chocolate today?

Think the cereal bar I had this morning had some chocolate chips in it.

Maybe a BBQ, keep everyone outside away from the mess and they can all sort themselves out food wise then too, not really sure who to invite, I always liked NorwayFB but he doesn't seem to be around anymore.

What's the first thing you do when you get home from work, or get home after being out all day?

Usually have my partner jump out from around a corner or out of a doorway like a loon, not sure if she's ever going to tire of that, then go and get changed ready for tea.

How do you like to spend a cold rainy day? - something interesting on the radio or music on, a good book & the heating up

What books do you remember reading and enjoying as a child? - this will date me - the Just William stories by Richmal Crompton

What's one thing that you didn't understand and puzzled you as a child, and still does now that you are an adult? - the ability to learn another language

Do you like to lead or follow? - Follow, if only to clear up the mess the leader has left in their wake

Have you eaten chocolate today? - small packet of Maltesers as I type

You have to invite and cook a meal for 3 TWF posters, who do you invite and what do you cook? - Darlo & DW as the two people who offered to meet & show me around again when I said I was coming to a match for the first time in years. Then PPB herself as every time you have been over & said we should meet things have not worked out - need to find out what I have been missing.
As to food then as I'm not the greatest cook (though I'm not going to starve) then a traditional fish/chip supper with any additions you want. Not from the nearest place within walking distance as worth getting the car out to go to Lord Johns which are so much superior.

What's the first thing you do when you get home from work, or get home after being out all day? - retired so don't come in from work - hard to answer this one

Name one celebrity/sports person/ actor/actress or anyone really who you would like to knock 7 colours of shit out of?
There are a number, but if only one then Piers Morgan has to be top of the list - doesn't even need to open his mouth before you offer violence

Parkin, when I'm over there full time, and going to the matches full time, and fitting things in in a short space of time will be a thing of the past, then we will meet up, have a pint.

" Find out what I have been missing " :icon_lol: not a lot I'm afraid!

You really shouldn't scare me off beforehand

T-Dan, yes they do taste like the flavours they are named after. Although not sure about bogeys and earwax as I'm not in the habit of eating either.

I have a lot of free meals coming up here!

Don't get too excited, one of them is pasta with carrots.

I didn't say I was coming to your party, Mr Smart Guy. I don't think Elton John accepts every invitation that comes his way.

(You are still invited to mine)

I'd invite the resident Yanks, start of with a cheese board and pork pie ,cook some fish and chips, tandorri chicken or tikka masala, 3rd would be LemonJelly as I ain't seen that fella since school! And Darlo can guest and bring the cake! ;)
Hopefully they'd cook in return and try to convince me grits, corn dogs and pancakes are real food

Ever tried Bertie Botts Every Flavoured Beans?

Yes - but I've not tried them all yet.

How do you like to spend a cold rainy day?

Cooking, watching football, playing on video games, playing on my guitar etc. Plenty to do at home!

What books do you remember reading and enjoying as a child?

Another Roald Dahl fan here. I loved The BFG and The Witches in particular.

What's one thing that you didn't understand and puzzled you as a child, and still does now that you are an adult?

People who are needlessly negative and always looking for problems. Even when I was a kid I never understood why people searched so hard to find negativity. Why would you choose to act like that? Be happy.

Do you like to lead or follow?

Both - totally depends on the situation. I'll lead if it's something I'm clued up about but always happy to follow when the roles are reversed.

Have you eaten chocolate today?

Yes - brought some back from Bruges for the office.

You have to invite and cook a meal for 3 TWF posters, who do you invite and what do you cook?

I'd invite Deutsch and leedswolf over for a slow cooked chilli with carrots in. Just to show them that it's perfectly acceptable and bloody tasty.

The 3rd guest would be Jinky as I fucking hate washing up.

What's the first thing you do when you get home from work, or get home after being out all day?

If I've not got the kids, fall onto the sofa, grab a coffee and watch telly for a bit.

If I've got the kids I've got to sort out their dinner, do their laundry, do bath night, make sure they've done their homework, get them ready for bed and then do story time. Once they're in bed, I can finally relax!

Name one celebrity/sports person/ actor/actress or anyone really who you would like to knock 7 colours of shit out of?

Oh bloody hell - there are far too many for me to list here. I'm going to say Lee Johnson this time, because I don't think I've singled him out enough - he's such a prick.
