Lescott is still nowhere near fit, Butler is going (which was definitely DJ's decision), Okoronkwo is going, you have signed Edwards but regard him as a RB...ok Dave, we kind of need a centre half now as all we have is Mark Clyde and Jody Craddock. We probably need two. Don't spend all summer dicking through trialists and signing one at the last minute. Oh, you have.

No way Lescott should have been playing when we threw him back into the team (also the game where we nearly played Michael Oakes at LB and we brought Gary Mulligan on as sub)

Actually thinking back he spent weeks trying to sign Michael Duberry :icon_lol: Fucking hell.

Craddock turned out OK eventually, he was dire in 03/04 and not much better the year after. We were 100% correct to ditch Butler when we did.
