Is that right? Could someone work out a comparative table, Saunders vs. Jackett? If that's true it's appalling

In the season Saunders took over we had played 26 games and after 44 games we were 20 points better off. Since our 26th game this season we have picked up 17 points. It really is shocking stuff. Under Jackett we have won 3 of those games and we won 5 under Saunders.

Just a quick google shows Saunders "managed" 20 games at Wolves. W5, D5, L10 with 20 points F;23, A;31
Since the FA Cup game at West Ham KJ has "managed" 18 games, W3, D8, L7 with 17 points F;15, A;22

And considering that we were more than reasonable in the cup game & could have got a draw if ALF had been played for more than 10mins before that game so that he was match sharp enough to take the chance right at the end

Those stats are shocking, though it is unlikely that they are enough to change things at the end of this season as really don't see any leadership or direction at the club at the moment

Those comparisons with Saunders are simply dreadful. Every time I look at the stats for this season they get worse - strip out the two lucky wins over Xmas (I'm struggling to think of games this season we were unlucky not to win) and we are just above the relegation zone. Yes, Jackett has had injuries, but Saunders had a clutch of players who simply didn't give a toss. Undeniable that Jackett would have been sacked at any other club.

It's inexcusable that he'll likely remain at the helm for 16/17. What argument can he possibly make for himself?

Jez's defense will surely be that we can't attract a great manager with the club's sale in limbo. But we aren't asking for great. We're asking for better than this shitsack.
