Ruddy, Coady & Neves the only three Wolves players to make it in.

No Boly, Jota or Cav.

As a side note, Neves is up against Tom Cairney & Ryan Sessegnon for player of the season, and he’s also been selected for young player of the season, up against James Maddison & Sessegnon again.

I thought Boly, Neves and Jota were shoe-ins personally, am pretty surprised. Didn't expect Ruddy to get in as while he has been good, our defence has been even better and so he doesn't really have much to do most of the time. Coady is surprising also as I wouldn't expect outsiders to understand his importance, and playing as CB as part of a back four would probably be disastrous. Can't believe they chose John Terry over Boly, scandalous. Gone for a big name over the best defender in the league. He hasn't even been very good.

That makes more sense then - though I don’t under why not, they’ve played the games...

On Boly and Jota loan players aren't eligible.

Makes sense for their choice on the wings then I suppose. Very odd rule. Can still think of a good few centre-halves I would prefer to Terry.

Not one player from Cardiff either.

I don't watch enough of other teams to compare, but I would have thought Sol Bamber should be one of the CBs?

And I don't want to appear a knob but I think Ruddys place is hardly warranted

Cardiff lack much individual quality, just greater than than the sum of their parts. Hoilett is their only one playing regularly with Gunnarsson out for much of the season, though their fans do massively overrate him and he has no place in the TOTS. I'd probably have had Bamba ahead of Terry that said.

Ruddy's place not warranted at all. But not so much as Terry, who is there purely on reputation.

He is top of the clean sheet list with 19, if that is the criteria they have used.

Didn't Mooy get in while on loan at Huddersfield?

Hard to argue with Warnock for manager, although Nuno has got us playing the best football in the division, with a continental 3-4-3, and with zero experience of the division, all with just one pre-season, as well as gelling 12 new signings together.

Team-wise I'd be switching Cairney and Sessegnon around (Sessegnon doesn't play in defence any more), and replacing Cairney with Douglas who has the joint most assists in the league (13), level with Snodgrass.

I'd even replace Adomah (14G, 5A) with Cavaeiro (9G, 12A).

Got to think it's either Neves or Sessegnon for POTS. Neves for me with Sessegnon YPOTS.

And Adomah?? Traore is 3 x the winger he is
Cav should be there. His output has been absolutely first class this season.

Sessegnon at LB is a joke too. Cracking player but he does not play there.

Bialkowski

Bamba Coady Boly

Adomah Neves Cairney Sessegnon

Cavaleiro Vydra Jota

IMO

Ruddy has kept the most clean sheets. I know people don't like to credit him as a key reason for that but has had a good season. Bialkowski might have been a good shout, or Bentley at Brentford.

Adomah there as Jota is ineligible isn't too bad tbh, he has scored quite a lot of goals and he wasn't even in the team at the start of the season I think? Would have Cav obviously over him, or Sessegnon and Douglas in at left back. Cardiff will be disappointed with no Hoilett, I will imagine!

Who is at right back? It cuts off that bit on my screen!

Ryan Fredericks of Fulham @ RB.

Good shout IMO. We should buy him if available
