Birmingham has had 20% across the past 2 years whilst staving off "bankruptcy " that probably wasn't bankruptcy. But it did enable them to sell off a fuck ton of assets & close loads of services. All while stopping any recycling for 15 months & counting, no bulk collections, & a very inconsistent refuse collection.

The LA funding cuts Cameron & Osborne implemented are hammering local government nationwide.

Also the myth that if you live in Shropshire you must have a spare bit of cash always and be fairly well off. Still huge amounts of poverty in the market towns like Oswestry, Whitchurch, Market Drayton, Ludlow etc

Most fans in my office are plastics to various teams. I usually start any football conversation about a match with "did you go?" knowing full well I've been to the likes of the Emirates / Old Trafford more times this season than they ever have, if at all.

Its a cookie does that, tracks you from first landing page on the site and sees that you looked at a product but didnt reach the check out confirmation page so sends you a follow up. Just go to your web browser history, find the site that sent the message and delete the cookie.
