Birmingham has had 20% across the past 2 years whilst staving off "bankruptcy " that probably wasn't bankruptcy. But it did enable them to sell off a fuck ton of assets & close loads of services. All while stopping any recycling for 15 months & counting, no bulk collections, & a very inconsistent refuse collection.

The LA funding cuts Cameron & Osborne implemented are hammering local government nationwide.
