It's much better than you'd expect, takes all of 2 seconds to prep, is cheap as hell, and the canned pineapple never goes bad.

It's not a cultural force of a recipe but ask around, I bet a lot of folks in that area will have had it growing up.

Yeah my lad loves a dominoes pizza, buy has it with just cheese and pepperoni, he detests a tomato or bbq base sauce, but has bbq sauce on nuggets etc, fucking weird, I blame his mom's genes.
