Give the Lido a look while you're over there, goes under the radar, much quieter. Also your basic public transport is fine, treat it like you would the Tube or U-Bahn. Water taxis are a rip off.

Some stupid trout of an American is suing Kraft for $5m dollars as it takes more than the 3 1/2 minutes to make their Mac n cheese.

I would award her the case. Give her $1 in damages and then order her to pay both hers and Krafts legal costs.

I’d also recommend her lawyer was struck off.

I got a letter from South Staffs Water this morning saying that they have been the victim of a cyber attack and my name, address, sort code and bank account number has been stolen. FFS.

It’s for our joint account that pays all our direct debits. I guess I’ll have to speak to the bank now about the possibility of closing that account, opening a new joint account and switching all the direct debits across. What a pain in the arse.

Yeah, I’ve thought about that. Halifax will give me £175 to switch. I presume you can switch a joint account ok?

The only annoying part will be that I like all my accounts being on the same banking app as it’s easy to manage. I do have the Halifax app already though through our mortgage.

Insurance is a massive scam in general as they rely on people not being arsed to look elsewhere and just letting it auto renew.

I think they put mine up over £100, then when I said I was cancelling (and put in a mostly fictional number I'd been quoted) they offered a renewal for about £1 more than I'd paid the previous year.
