If he needs some time off then maybe he should forget about jetting anywhere, go home to the Basque Country then get the 30 hour ferry from Bilbao. Lopetegui is older than Bruno and Zenga - I don't think he will have a young family to visit.

That said I think its bonkers anyone contemplates doing a full time job in a different country and commuting to see their family. All in or All out.
