(Last season) We didn't have Clyne, Milner, Firmino, Benteke, Origi, Ings, Gomez back then. Title challenge is definitely on this year.

I couldn't tell you mate, he didn't play for Charlton at Molineux and I didn't see him on TV or anything. Good reviews and all but Liverpool is a graveyard for centre halves, they have a track record of signing potential in that area and then just never using them.

That's what I mean, really. Never seen Ilori or Gomez play but clearly Ilori will never get a chance from Rodgers and I can't see anything that would make Gomez any different.
