It's stupid, one extreme to the other. Something like limiting the time or number of replays would be a better divide - if it's that obvious you won't need much of a review to see it like that one in the first half.Don’t think VAR has got involved at all this year? (excluding offsides). They’ve set the bar very high now that it’s pretty much going to have to be an off the ball incident or a complete howler where the ref must have been looking the other way to get it so badly wrong
You say powder puff but more would say trying to protect players from injury.Years ago you could tackle like that. In this powder puff variety you can't.
Don't feed the trollYou say powder puff but more would say trying to protect players from injury.
Strong challenges are still allowed but players flying in at high speed with little control, rightly not so much
So that's your contribution. Well done.Don't feed the troll
As I said, it probably was reckless and protecting players from injury is important. However, the game has turned powder puff. See that Wellbeck "foul" earlier in the game. Wellbeck clearly moved the ball and didn't touch the Forest player. Naturally the Forest player falls to the ground and the ref buys it.You say powder puff but more would say trying to protect players from injury.
