I'm sure that's how their fans will spin it. Fact is, even with a few new signings they are still fucking rubbish. 1 win in 21 games. They basically need to double their first half of the season points total in the 2nd half. I think they will struggle to do it.

Somehow, Everton have slowly started occupying in my mind the same headspace that I think West Brom does for you guys. Not sure why. Landon Donovan connection? That Benfica guy coming on here saying Marco Silva is better than Nuno? The way they incessantly hire bad big name managers and waste inordinate amounts of transfer money?

Dunno. But I get a lot of schadenfreude out of that club.

Lewis Hall for Chelsea looks a real prospect. Appreciate its only Chesterfield but we've seen how hard our 17/18 year old found playing adult football but he doesn't look out of place. Very composed on the ball and an assist too.

Didn't cover himself in glory on that goal, let his man go make a free header and didn't even get back on the cover leaving other two centre halves to bail him out.
