How have Arsenal got themselves in this pickle. Saints are so irredeemably shit

Great fans though. They made a tremendous noise when they decided to come back into the ground having left with a combined 15 minutes to play and the league on the line.

Bazunu is a truly awful keeper. Saves virtually nothing and when he does it's straight back into danger. Woeful.

Point keeps Saints genuinely interested as long as they stay in contention when playing Bournemouth and Forest then that’s a good thing.
Arsenal now have to go to etihad on Wednesday and win I think that’ll suit City just right.

Both sets of players and fans looked pissed off at the end, Saints would have taken the draw before the game but will feel like a defeat, Arsenal thought they only had to turn up to get the 3 points. Winners are the neutrals

Yeah Alcaraz off instead of Adam Armstrong who I’m not sure I’ve ever seen impact any game at this level ever. Just reminds me of Shane Long when he was finished. Runs around a bit with not enough pace or strength to have an impact and minimal ability.

By my maths of City beat Arsenal and all other games the title will be done the week before the end of the season.

He's a good example of the lottery that's signing high scorers from the Championship. Some work, some don't, I'd have taken him when they did as I would have Maupay, Benrahma, Watkins and Bowen

Armstrong is very Jordan Rhodes in terms of sorry pal, you absolutely cannot play at this level, no matter how many goals you scored a division down.

The massive lug they signed in January doesn't even look like a footballer, dreadful.

I'm hoping it's down to the last game, we're safe and we turn them over.
'They've still got to go to Molineux and get something and I'll love it, love it if we beat them'.
😂

I feel that Gyokeres will be the same. I haven’t seen much of him I must admit but even we you look at his highlight reel and goals he doesn’t look that good. A “big man” but not big enough, quick but not quick enough. And then not especially technical, plus a lot of his goals are scruffy which just wouldn’t go in at this level.

Don’t think Brighton we’re letting him go for peanuts if he they thought he was decent, 25 soon too, not particularly young. Might be worth a promoted club taking a punt, but I wouldn’t be putting my eggs in that basket.
