Explanation is the on field officials did not feel Rashford interfered with play and then VAR could not find a clear error from them to disallow the goal.

Interviews with the coaches is one of the most pointless aspects of the NFL. You can guarantee that they'll pretty much say exactly the same thing every game, which usually involves the phrase of "getting the oppositions offence of the field quicker".
