Not like Villa to throw away a two goal lead. At least they got a point today!

Spurs look absolutely abysmal at the back. All over the place. Nothing to fear with them.

Even nicer that they ended up losing given the way Conte & his team celebrated like winning the champions league final when they went 2-1 up.

Lovely to see Villa dropping more points too, although they look to have some player on their books in Jacob Ramsey.

Big, big opportunity for us tomorrow.

It’s an opportunity, but I also don’t want to see “opportunity missed” or similar if we don’t win. Arsenal are a good team with good players.

We are bette than them in the middle of the park though so hopefully that is the area we can dominate and control the game.

I will judge it about half ten tomorrow. We have the opportunity. Up to us to start taking it. Like you say though, Arsenal are good.

Well this is all rather amusing. If this holds (it won't) it looks bloody fantastic for us.
Table looks quite good to me on the Wolves app. Win this weekend and we go sixth?

EDIT: I somehow missed the posts that have happened since this one I quoted, so apologies if it’s already been covered.

He's completely right too. Leicester must have been laughing their bollocks off when Man Utd were desperate enough to give them £80m up front for him.

I think we will fall away from any 'battle' for a European place because I think we will revert to where our performances should really have us BUT it would be incredibly exciting if we got even 7-8 points from these next four games.

Feels like days of old when we were X points off the play offs before we exploded in what felt like a fair few seasons!

Yes, basically! He was rubbish at Everton. I am more concerned about Southampton really hurting Spurs tonight though.

If we can somehow win tomorrow then we are right in the fourth place conversation.
Let's be honest we aren't getting top 4. We wont finish in the top 6.

7th or 8th is a very good season, considering our top scorer is on 4 goals 20 odd games in.

Yes. But we would be right up there over halfway through the season with the best defence this side of the Etihad to flip your argument on its head.

If we don't get 4th I'm not going to be disappointed as such, but we genuinely have as good a chance as anybody at this point. If we can get 8 points out of the next 5 then I'd go as far as to say it's almost probable. The team have proved that they can get results against anybody, and I trust Bruno to keep them playing and not have them psychologically fuck it.

7/8th is obviously the most likely position, but there's not going to be tonnes in it, I don't think. If we're lucky with injury in the next three months, and we can get 2 of our forward options in some good, consistent form, we've got every chance of stealing a few places.

We've got no concerns at all at the back or in midfield, and I don't think there are any systematic problems in how we're playing or approaching games - it's just the individual form/quality of the front three. And all of them have got it in them to have a blinding 6 week period of form. And that's all we need to make it imo
