Routine win for Chelsea, Everton not been a threat at any stage.
Great movement to get in behind the West Ham defence but yes has to score.Bamford should've buried that chance.
Worst in the league even before tonight. Sheff Utd are the other worse than us statisticallyLeeds are worse than us at defending set pieces.
Think you could have just left it at that...Leeds are worse than us at defending.
We really lack a player who runs behind the opposition defence. Think that’s my main issue with José, as his immobility is a problem for us as he’s not the type to run behind. Neto, Traore and Podence all want the ball to feet, so without Jota too we just don’t have that variety in movement. If there was something Doc did well, it was arriving in the box.Cancelo looked bobbins for the first 6 months of his City career, now he's not far off PotS.
I think Nuno's plan was to play Adama and Semedo as overlapping one another but that doesn't work as Adama is almost impossible to play with, as Doc himself found out.
In the wider point about goals, Doc was undoubtedly a threat at set plays, a good header of the ball and liked a pop at goal, couple that with the loss of Jota and Raul and it is clear we have not replaced any of their input.
That's piss poor recruitment.
