Agreed. I'm glad we went back to what we knew, even though it's a pretty turgid watch. Safely staying in the division is way better than having to play every game with relegation hanging over you. Brighton and Newcastle are those teams right now. Fulham have done brilliantly to get to where they are now.

Rangers have conceded 9 goals in 32 league games.

I know the standard of the league isn't amazing but it's an impressive achievement, still unbeaten too. They've been half-decent in Europe in the past two seasons too. Be interesting to see how Gerrard progresses as a manager

Really hope Fulham stay up from a footballing point of view. They started the season so poorly but they adapted and especially since the transfer window they have improved to be a decent Premier League side. I'm interested to see what Scott Parker can do with more time and more investment because they still haven't got a squad that screams premier league. Put it bluntly they play much better football than we do with a team isn't as good imo.

Utd are doing a higher quality version of what we tried. This is part of why I would rather we stayed 343 and just put some better players into that system, aiming to be the Prem Athletico in some regards I guess.

Naturally I gave Shaw and Rashford in my fantasy team and not only benched them, but went for triple City defence expecting clean sheets.
