Agreed. I'm glad we went back to what we knew, even though it's a pretty turgid watch. Safely staying in the division is way better than having to play every game with relegation hanging over you. Brighton and Newcastle are those teams right now. Fulham have done brilliantly to get to where they are now. Those few points recently are very welcome, would be very squeaky without them.
Good piece on Rangers in the Athletic. https://theathletic.com/2371805/?source=twitterukRangers have conceded 9 goals in 32 league games.
I know the standard of the league isn't amazing but it's an impressive achievement, still unbeaten too. They've been half-decent in Europe in the past two seasons too. Be interesting to see how Gerrard progresses as a manager
In what world do you think somebody wouldn't ?Hopefully the Wolves staff watched the Liverpool game...
Well...... considering the way we have played tactically recently i'd surmise they'd been watching Coronation Street reruns instead. Hence asking the question. In what world do you think somebody wouldn't ?
They won’t and we will play them back to formI hope they start with the same XI!
We clearly tired them out from all the running around we made them do...City could play all night at this rate and not score.
