Jon Moss and whoever is on VAR proving the point again that they aren't very good. Southampton got a questionable penalty imo but City have been denied an absolute stonewaller because Foden tried to stay on his feet and tried to score. Andy Hinchcliffe also proving he's an idiot because he can't see the clear contact. Something needs to be done to improve the standard of refereeing but i'm not sure what it is.

Disband PGMOL. It really is that simple. A small ceremony firing Mike Riley into the sun.

Attempt to sign some referees from other leagues providing sell them the opportunity to referee in the Premier League.

Even if it was only incrementally and you binned off Moss, Coote and Mason we'd be infinitely better off for it.

It won't work Cyber, they can't get the right decisions even with all the angles in the world available to them. They aren't good enough, that's the problem. You could have 10 referees and they would still make terrible decisions.

Good god, no.

Attwell has given out 67 yellows this season and Marriner 48. Attwell has reffed a game less.

If we had those two offences in one half might be more harshly dealt with than the other. Fans would be going mental. Especially when second yellows start getting flourished.

Well Taylor and Coote have fucked up royally so far. Two soft as white penalties and then missing blatant encroachment on the Messi penalty miss with Verratti in the D of the area and then clearing the rebound.

Barca should really be back in it but missed a load of presentable chances including the penalty.

Nothing lately mate, stacked out with all the UK/European football! But never been particularly impressed in the past. Cumbersome is about as kind as I can be. Bremen aren't very good though so not easy for forwards to prosper in their team.

Clumsy is the word that comes to mind regarding his (admittedly very few) appearances for the senior team here.

We're always looking for a Michael Jordan or LeBron James-esque figure in soccer. Look at what we did to poor Freddy Adu. If he had a chance at making a solid career, we (helped) ruin it by propping him up as the next Ronaldinho when he was 14 years old.

In short, being a successful American footballer requires a lot of mental fortitude (not that that isn't true to be a senior footballer for any nation).

Probably a bit before your time but Landon Donovan (good player as he was) had a load of hype when he went to Leverkusen. Didn't make it there unfortunately.

Freddy Adu! Bloody hell that takes me back. The hype around him was incredible.
