Great technique by Reece James :ROFLMAO:

Not seen much of James, but from the few minutes of this game pretty much the only thing he has in common is his position and his colour. Even his colour is not that close. And now I think about it neither is his position.

just saying his techique isnt his best asset, nothing to do with colour if youre suggesting that

It's the most bizarre comparison I have seen in a long time

I’m not, but I really can’t see why you would compare him with Big George.

I just think of Big George when i see him play..both powerful fullbacks and lacking a bit technically, YW cant see how you can say he is fantastic technically?

Abraham is a real goalscorer btw..would love to have him at wolves

George was a horrible footballer technically, teams literally showed us towards him so they could press him.

Reece James was so good technically in the Championship that Wigan played him centre midfield for the second half of the season because he was their best player by miles. Have you not seen him cross? It's his biggest asset.

Harsh man, I liked George, it’s not his fault people actually gave him the ball.

Haha, whatever float your boat man

Nah, serious flat track bully. He'd break all kinds of records if he only ever played in the Championship. He's badly exposed for not being a very good footballer in the Premier League. He's not going to learn a first touch from anywhere.

He gets cut a lot of slack because he came through the Academy, if Chelsea had paid £40m or whatever for him then he'd be marked down as a Morata-style flop.

I would say that i very harsh on him..he scores goals, has height so a threat on many levels..actually good technique for a tall guy..so, dont agree with you

His technique is atrocious.

Started last season in great form, 7 goals in his first 5 league games.

Since then he has played 45 Premier League games and scored 14 goals, it's nothing special at all for a team like Chelsea (it's actually slightly worse than Morata's record). Great, he can rattle in goals against the likes of Luton. We already know that as he scored loads for Bristol City and Villa. Two years in a row Chelsea have started him as the main striker, then realised he's actually not very good and had to replace him with an ancient, not really wanted Giroud as first choice.

I don't mind Abraham, as discussed before. Good goalscorer, but unlikely to ever be the first choice for a top four club, as Chelsea should be, as he doesn't really have the all round game. For Chelsea he's effectively at 0.6 goals per game in the Premier League, which is an impressive rate. If he's happy with his current role where he doesn't play all the time he'll have a good career there.

He'd definitely be no good for us. We don't create chances for a striker like that and probably never will under Nuno.

We've missed Raul's goals of course but more than anything we miss him as an outlet. Play Abraham up front in any of our systems and he wouldn't solve anything.

I can see the thinking behind why we wanted Abraham when we were playing 352, tbf. But much like Cutrone, who you need to be getting regular chances, if we need him to be offering link up play as good as Raul's it's not going to work.

Mark my words, he will have a bright future..remember this post

Looks like van de Beek has decided that if he wants Penandes' spot then he needs to dive like him too. Shithouse.

And Rashford

Is it only our players that get booked for this shit?
