Looking at the replay, the Morgan challenge is a clear foul. No doubt about it. Leicester have really got away with one there.

Agreed, Vardy doesn't move his leg out of the way but why should he. Vardy's bad touch drew Monreal in and he took the bait. It was probably a foul too by Morgan down the other end but then Arsenal didn't defend from there.

It is the Morgan challenge that is the problem. Monreal left his leg out there and invited trouble so the actual award isn't that great an issue. It should have been a free kick on the edge of the Leicester area though.
