LIVE! Match discussion 2014/15

Ok I thought Reading away thread was a build up or traveling thread..you have changed layout without saying..shame on you guys!!

Burnley horrendous at defending set pieces. The easiest half Albion will have all season.

You can't play Jutkiewicz as a lone striker in that league. You'll just never score. They really had to be buying better than him and Sordell, I wouldn't want either down here in this league.

I must mention the Albion kit. The Baggies fans that I know really dislike it. And to be honest neither do I. Since when did Albion play in white shirts.

About as long as we've had black sleeves.

Pinstripes are classy as fuck, I don't know what they're on about.

Just woeful defending, Burnley. Turned more easily than a doorknob.

They'll end up with fewer points than we got in 2011/12.

Albion really haven't been worked very hard at all.

Burnley are just shite. Zero quality anywhere on the pitch.

Any halfway reasonable team would have got at least a goal back in the last 15, Albion have gifted them 4-5 opportunities to carve out a chance in the final third. They've worked Foster once.

Brazenly taking the piss by bringing on Samaras as well.

I think it could be a long hard season for Burnley. But I think they knew it would be very difficult.

Having watched our game v Reading , immediately followed by this one I cannot tell which was the 'Premier league' game

Hamburg have finally scored a goal! 1-1 vs Eintracht Frankfurt

Albion absolutely head and shoulders above Burnley here - and when you consider that's only Albion's third win at home this calendar year, it makes grim reading for Burnley.

How piss poor has Chalobah been by the way? I had such high hopes for him but he doesn't look arsed at all.

Burnley may not have been at their best, but you can only beat what is in front of you. And Albion did that very well. Following on from their win at Tottenham, this win makes me think they may do better than I thought this season.

To think that Burnley put two on Chelsea earlier. Running on emotional fumes now.

I feel sorry for Dyche because he's had nothing to work with really, their budget in the Championship was hardly the biggest either but the players they've bought surely they could have recruited better than they have? The football is hardly inspiring either.
