Januzaj is another who looks disinterested. I really do wonder what is going on. Yes United have some youngsters out there, but they also have a fair few players with plenty of first team games under their belts.

They have no need to be rotating given they have no European football. Half of this team have no business being in the Premier League let alone what Man United should be aspiring for.

What a fucking effort from Afobe.

Just clicked it on. What on earth was that defending all about? Just walked through three challenges, you wouldn't have that off your mates in the park.

Just been looking at one of the MU forums - marvellous.

And as a bonus Oxford equalise v West Brom in the 86th min

The defending - or lack of - for the 4th goal was amongst the worst I have seen in years. Quite horrific, gutless, clueless.

Looks like Welbeck is heading for United's 3rd squad, after this performance he deserves to be.

He HAS to change to a back four before there's any more carnage. You're dealing with players who have never, ever played in this system - top to bottom. You can't just come in and play a stupid formation as a vanity project when you don't have the personnel.

While the media attention will be on another disappointing Manchester United performance, I hope that somewhere along the line MK Dons get the credit they deserve for an excellent performance.

Expect them to get two paragraphs of faint praise after three full pages at the rear of each paper and then an eight-page special pullout of "why United were shit"

TBF mate I don't think 8 pages would be enough.

To be fair Sky have just sat down with Dean Lewington and talked about MK Dons and how good their performance was for all of the post-match analysis up to this point.

Having seen the goals now, it's a horror show from Evans for the first, all of them are to an extent down to awful work in possession - defenders being asked to do far more than their natural ability and career long coaching allows - and De Gea bizarrely tries to save the third with his leg when it passes inches from his right hand.
