He played in the same game that Iwelumo missed that sitter vs Norway.

Reus hits the bar early on for Germany in Georgia, they need to put down a bit of a marker at some point as they've been pap since the World Cup.

I'm guessing he was still back at Hibs then?

Just looked and he's only ever scored once for Scotland, suppose his absent spell under Levein makes the no goals in 6 years stat worse than it otherwise would've been.

Think he was at Burnley then? Not sure.

Anyway yeah, between injuries and the Levein spat it sounds worse than it is as he simply hasn't played that much over those six years.

Germany v Georgia the only televised game here.

Still Hibs surely?

Wolves were still Champioship at the time of the Iwelumo miss and Fletcher only had 1 season with Burnley before coming to Wolves.

*shrug*

Could be. Either way it was before my time. I was just thinking out loud.

That's an hilarious goal to end a 6 year drought.

Defender heads it up in the air, Fletcher stumbles as he goes for the 2nd ball and it just dribbles into the corner off his head.

Maloney scores another penalty, pretty much the only times he's touched the ball so far I think.

2-0 Müller, this should end up 5 or 6.

Fletcher gets his 2nd and Scotland's 5th, much better header this time round. Gibraltar look out on their arses now.

Irish team.

Given, Coleman, Wilson, O'Shea, Whelan, McGeady, McCarthy, Brady, Hoolahan, Keane(C) and Walters.

Poland vs Ireland - Fabianski, Szukala, Jodlowiec, Wawryzniak, Glik, Olkowski, Krychowiak, Rybus, Peszko, Milik, Lewandowski
