Referendums on permanent bans?

Referendums on permanent bans?
Does it matter?Whose head? Missed it all, was driving back from Yorkshire when it was all going on
Referendums on permanent bans?
That would bring harmony to the forum…..
Rather than just debating the removal of one poster, moving forward it would be nice to hear members thoughts on how they think bans should be managed. How many strikes before you’re out, length of bans, information given out on such rulings, amount of moderators, length of moderator terms, type of offences leading to such bans. I’m sure that any sensible suggestions can be looked into.
J75 with 6 up until yesterday?Have you got a leaderboard of most incidences of being banned and/or most days banned?
he can be patronising, condescending, arrogant
*angry face*I liked the post @Carsy but wanted to laugh at "I mean, I’m one of the few who still thinks we’ll stay up with GoN in charge, and I haven’t been met with abuse….yet. It can be done!" so here you go
Nah, I remember you from a few years ago... (joking)I could name you half a dozen posters off the bat who display these characteristics with some regularity, not as directly perhaps. Doesn't actually mean I dislike them all, either.
You've got me on aggressive though

Forum rules below. Based on leedswolf totting up, not double figures and it would seem like a 6 day ban would be appropriate if a ban was appropriate in the first place - I don't think it was appropriate and definitely not a permanent ban, posters should be able to call him out for being a dick when he is being a dick.J75 with 6 up until yesterday?
I agree there are others, I don't dislike them either, I've never said I dislike Johnny, I don't know any of these people so I wouldn't dislike them on the basis of their online persona. As I said I wouldn't have banned him, I wouldn't have banned Frank and Cyber either but understand the mods actions.I could name you half a dozen posters off the bat who display these characteristics with some regularity, not as directly perhaps. This is fair, I’ve had a few good back and forths with him last few weeks or so.He went through a period of putting laughing or headsgone emojis on everything I posted .
It got annoying so I did a few back . The only time he really annoyed me was when he said that something I posted - football related 'showed my ignorance'.
Cheeky bastard.
Lately I find myself agreeing with a fair bit that he says and if not he's usually interesting and makes valid points.
I'm not his biggest fan by a long stretch but didn't want to see him banned permanently.
Didn't see his post regarding head being stoved in, as long as it wasn't mine, i aint bovvered.
Didn't he just take himself away in the end?Cyber kept asking for accounts to be closed, opening new ones, talking to himself via two accounts and totally lost the heid by the end.
Pretty sure he went because he was just more trouble than it was worth.
Oh it was to the guy whose last 2 posts have been to generally slag the forum off?The post was in response to someone saying something along the lines of "i'd hate to be in a scrap with you lot" in reference to people complaining about the performance on the match day thread, I thought it was tongue in cheek talking about the hypothetical "scrap" rather than him actually wanting to see someones "head stoved in"
