it's the referendum all over again...
Unsure. In the 80's newsround did mock elections around the time of a GE for schoolchildren. Overwhelmingly the greens coasted home. Sadly, that didn't come to fruition as time passed. As a certain comedian said, once people start voting with their wallets...Does this mean that in about 20 years time we will start politically shifting to the left as the Tory pensioners pop their clogs or do we just automatically all start voting Conservative once we hit 65 and pine for the good old days? I can't wait to don my rose tinted (and perhaps slightly bigoted) spectacles and yearn for the halcyon days of the EU referendum era.

It's well known that people get more conservative as they get older. Tgats why pensioners get a triple lock and youngsters get bumraped to pay for it.

They have to pay extra taxes to cover those nice fat final salary pensions that the older have in cast iron form, that even people of my modest mid-forties age missed out on.
So pay more, work later, get a $#@!ter pension.
That's bumrape.
Fortunately, I am an exception to the rule. It's well known that people get more conservative as they get older. Tgats why pensioners get a triple lock and youngsters get bumraped to pay for it.

Blair's reportedly making a comeback into politics...
Which Party, Liberal Democrats?
Blair's reportedly making a comeback into politics...
Crossbench peer?
As a former PM he'd be a shoe-in for the Lords.
