The only electoral reform you'll get under a Tory Government is the 'independent' redrawing of boundaries which invariably benefits them. I have yet to see any evidence that Corbyn's undoubted support within his own Party is resonating with the wider electorate and very much doubt it ever will.
It depends on the will of Parliament, not the Govt., but you're probably right.
I was talking about Party dogma rather than suggesting Corbyn is popular with the wider electorate, but if the Tories make themselves really unpopular then with the present system the only alternative will probably be a 'hung' parliament and that could bring about electoral reform.
