I am no fan of Theresa. I am no fan of Brexit either (you would never know!).
However, surely the only thing you could make an argument for which she has a mandate is the Brexit process. It is a $#@!e mandate, it was hardly overwhelming, but it is there for pushing that agenda item. It is also just about the only policy she has espoused.
On the money. She'd like to rule as a despot, she's not allowed to though. Because we have courts and stuff which stop Prime Ministers from doing that.
Her attitude towards personal privacy is very telling, seriously nasty piece of work.

I think his record as Health Secretary undermines his credibility, he'll forever be haunted by Stafford. I like Clive Lewis, but whether he could survive the right wing onslaught that would come his way for voting against A50 I'm not sure.
Defeat in Stoke would be disastrous for Corbyn.
If Labour lose both seats, will it trigger another attempt to oust Corbyn as leader?
It probably will but if he wants to remain in charge, he will. His supporters will vote for him again
The only way JC stops being leader is he decides he should walk away from it.
I'm not sure Corbyn is remotely interested in power. When we debated it at the time on here there were quite a few posters who said they'd rather have a Labour Party which represents what they saw as the inherent values of the Labour movement and if that meant it wasn't appealing to the wider electorate then so be it. Better that than a 'Pink Tory' government. It's an opinion I respect but not one I'm in agreement with.Surely he realise the damage he is doing to the Labour Party. With him as leader the Labour Party are not even a credible opposition, let alone a party waiting to gain power.
