I'd heard from a good source a couple of weeks ago that we had made an approach for him. This isn't some knee-jerk signing that has happened recently, but getting him over the line has obviously accelerated after the last few results.

He looks very similar to Raul when I looked at his YouTube video. Good in the air and a reasonable link player.
