Wasn't sure where to post but will put here. I thought after the first six or so games last season, Ruben was our best player for majority of last season. I think key now (with Joao obviously having somewhat less influence, as wonderful as he still is) is getting someone who can provide the attacking impetus with quality next to him. I've (and others) mentioned Soumare before, but someone who can carry the ball and make forward runs with quality, would be what I would target. If we have Donck as a solid back up option we are doing well IMO.

You don't have to make a tackle to win possession.

Could be a loose ball, interception or second ball from a challenge.

He’s a very good reader of the game and lately I think he’s picked up a lot more second balls than he has in the past.

Nature of the way Wolves generally defend.

They don't really engage the other team to any great extent and sit very deep so unless an opponent makes a concerted effort to run at defenders tackling opportunities aren't going to crop up whereas sitting in the low block gives plenty of chances to cut out passes and pick up loose balls.
